All orders placed by 4pm EST ship next day (except for Sundays and USPS holidays.) We know how important it is to get your package in the mail right away. During the checkout process, the party recipient’s address should go in the “Shipping Address” fields. 

You should read this section completely to avoid shipping delays.

Free US Shipping

All of our products feature free US standard shipping, every day, all the time. We hate being surprised at check out, and bet you do too so we worked shipping into our prices. 

  • USPS First Class: Teeny Parties ship USPS First Class by default. Allow 3-9 days for delivery.
  • USPS Priority: Original and Loaded Parties ship USPA Priority by default. Package typically arrive 3-7 days after placing order.

You may upgrade your package to USPS Priority or USPS Express mail at check out. 

USPS Express Mail

USPS Express mail is an overnight guaranteed rate offering money back on the shipping cost only if not delivered on the guaranteed date. If your order is placed by 4pm EST, the package will arrive within two days of placing your order to most US destinations.

Please keep in mind, there are limited locations that require two days (three from placing order) for guaranteed Express delivery. This is usually due to proximity to major shipping hubs. Please inquire if you have questions about your destination.  

One Order, Multiple Recipients

Yes! Our Multiship feature is still in testing so please reach out if you have questions or encounter issues. 

Option 1: Sending an identical Party to more than one recipient? Add a single Party to your cart. Click "Ship to Multiple Addresses" at the top left of the Cart. Click "Ship Another" to duplicate the Party and ship to each separate address. You will add the "Gift Messages" once you continue to Checkout.

Option 2: Sending different Parties to more than one recipient? Add each Party to your Cart individually. Click "Ship to Multiple Addresses" at the top left of the Cart. Enter and assign a recipient and address for each item. For "Add-On" gifts, simply be sure to assign the same recipient/address as the "parent" product. Our system will automatically match these products to ensure the gift is included in the proper gift box. You will add the "Gift Messages" once you continue to Checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will receive one confirmation email. Once the orders ship, you will receive a separate email with individual tracking information for each recipient.

International Shipping

We now only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Additional shipping charges apply to Canadian orders as well as longer travel times. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery to Canada depending on shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any fees assessed at delivery. They are your sole responsibility.  All Canadian orders are sent by the United States Postal Service either International First Class or Priority.

Delayed Shipping and Exact Date Deliveries

We no longer offer delayed or exact date deliveries due to postal carrier changes. Please take advantage of our cute "Do Not Open Until_____" sticker to ensure your Party is opened on that special date! Contact us if you have questions.

Shipping to US Military APO AND FPO Addresses

We are so so happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses. Parties shipped to APO and FPO boxes are shipped with the US Postal Service Domestic---that means they ship FREE! These orders do take longer for delivery. Allow 2-4 weeks for the Party to reach the recipient. Please be sure to supply the following information:

  • Enter the City as either “APO” or “FPO”
  • Enter the State as “AA” “AE” or “AP”
  • Enter Country as United States
  • Be sure to include full name, grade, and PSC or unit number of service member

Lost/Delayed Packages

While very rare, this can happen. It is completely out of our control once your package enters the hands of the USPS. Please contact us if your package does not arrive within the specified time frame for shipping. We will work quickly with you and the postal service to resolve the issue. We promise it is our priority to celebrate the party recipient and ensure you have a happy experience!

With the exception of USPS Express, all of our shipping timelines are estimates only, but we will work with you if your package is delivered beyond a reasonable time frame. 

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the following policy will apply:
    • We contact you with the reason the package was returned. If you would like us to reship the package to an alternate address, we will send an invoice for the shipping costs only, rounded up to the nearest dollar. Invoice must be paid within 5 business days or the package becomes the property of The Confetti Post. We will reship the package to its new destination within 2 business days of the invoice being paid.
    • If we do not hear back within 10 business days with an updated address, the returned package will become the property of The Confetti Post.
  • If a package is returned due to an error made by USPS, we will work with you to resolve this situation. (This is extraordinarily rare.)

We are fulfilling orders according to our normal schedule, but please know Postal Service delays are beyond our control and still more frequent than pre-pandemic. Expect delays of up to 12 days in rare cases with USPS. We find UPS Ground to be more consistent, though not always fastest. Love and sunshine to you from Team Confetti Post!
