United StatesI placed the order like 4 weeks before the requested date to give you guys lots of time to prep and send and you guys didn’t even make it. Today was her birthday and it’s not there. Disappointing. Probably first and last time I’ll be using this.
Hi Jannice, I saw your review come in, and agree---so disappointing! We used our best judgment and sent as we typically do with 2 day Priority shipping to arrive on the 18th and with a one day buffer in the case USPS has a delay to ensure it would not be late. Unfortunately, it looks like USPS still hasn't delivered even with our buffer day. I am so incredibly sorry. Sadly, this was beyond our control. Crossing my fingers it is delivered today, but let's keep in touch so I can make it up to you if it is delayed further. Best, Leitia McHugh
