I am confused. How does this work again?
The hard part is choosing your party. The rest is easy!
1. Pick your party. Remember: we have three different ways to send a little party, each with multiple themes. You can read about the different types of parties here, and see all the themes in the shop. Browse around and pick the one that fits your occasion and recipient best.
2. Personalize. Leave a sweet message that we can pass along to the party person and pick the options you like best. Once you add your party to the shopping cart, you can also include add-ons. Find them by scrolling to bottom of product page or clicking the "add-ons" tab on the left side bar.
- Teeny Parties can include only one optional add-on. Teeny Box orders containing more than one add-on will automatically be refunded for the additional add-ons.
- Original and Loaded Parties are pre-curated to fit the theme and can include as many add-ons as you like (or none at all).
Be sure to fill out the recipient's mailing address on the checkout page. A few more clicks to finish the checkout, then...
3. Relax. We take care of the rest. We will get the party all packed up just as you requested and mail it straight to the party person's doorstep. Imagine the happy dances he/she will do once they open your party. You really do send the best gifts!
How long does it take to ship?
All orders placed by 4pm EST ship next day (except for Sundays and USPS holidays.) We know how important it is to get your package in the mail right away. During the checkout process, the party recipient’s address should go in the “Shipping Address” fields.
By default, Balloon Note packs and Teeny Boxes are shipped USPS First Class (up to 7 days) with free shipping. Original and Loaded Parties ship USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail.
Allow 4-10 days from placing order until delivery for First Class shipping and 3-5 days for Priority.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! Triple check you have all necessary components of the recipient's address so your package is not delayed. Additional shipping fees assessed at check out. You should allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. Be sure to read the rest of our shipping policies here to ensure a smooth process.
Can I ship multiple parties in one order?
For simplicity, we prefer you complete a separate transaction for each party you wish to send. We do this to ensure your gifts get to the correct recipient as quickly as possible. However, if you prefer, you may checkout with multiple parties in one transaction. Please be sure to include the addresses for each package in the notes section on the cart page and clearly specify which party and add-ons go to each recipient. This method may result in a longer ship time.

What is the Confetti Club?
The Confetti Club is The Confetti Post's rewards system. You do awesome things like send party packages, like us on social media, refer your friends, and leave reviews to earn PARTY POINTS. We even give you points just for being born---obviously birthdays are our favorite. Then we reward you with CASH because we love you too, too much. Read more about the program here.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us if you have a problem. We will do our absolute best to ensure you are happy.
Because of their nature, Teeny Parties and Custom Orders are non-returnable.
Balloon Notes are returnable for full refund of product price if unopened and undamaged. Original and Loaded Party Boxes may be returned only in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Original and Loaded Party Boxes will be charged a $10 restocking fee. The $10 will be deducted from your product refund. Returns can only be made within 10 business days of receiving your package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for returns and exchanges.
For your protection, please pack your return item securely, return your order with an insured track-able courier, and retain your receipt. The Confetti Post is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned or exchanged items.
Do you take custom orders?
We can create custom party boxes in bulk for you! Our happy little parties in a box would make the perfect gifts to:
- Welcome out of town wedding guests to their hotel rooms.
- Serve as fun corporate gifts.
- Welcome attendees to conferences and events.
- Thank real estate agent clients
What ideas do you have? We can create completely customized party boxes for your event filled with custom greeting cards, themes, and gifts. We will work side by side to get you just what you need. Custom orders require a minimum quantity of 30 Original Parties, 50 Teeny Parties (75 with custom Balloon Note), or 100 Balloon Notes. Must allow at least four weeks for production.
What is the nutritional information for X treat?

If you are looking to meet a particular dietary need that is not met with the party options offered for your occasion, please contact us to arrange a custom order with another product in stock and at the retail price of the new substituted item.
What should I expect from your handmade products?
You should expect loads of fun. You should take pride that the products you are purchasing were made with a ton of love and strong ethics, and are supporting small businesses and independent makers. Please note, because of their handmade, small batch nature, you should expect slight imperfections and variations from product to product. We think that is part of the charm.
For what ages are your products intended?
At The Confetti Post, we believe everyone deserves a party! However, our products are not designed for children below three years. Children of all ages should never be left alone with any of our products.
How do you protect my privacy?
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders with Indiana shipping addresses will automatically be charged a sales tax in addition to your subtotal. For orders outside of Indiana, please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the customer's own expense and responsibility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All of our transactions are made through Shopify's third party gateway in order to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and is handled over SSL encryption.
