Fun housewarming gift
My friend loved it! Shipping time was also quick. I would definitely order from the company again

Perfect
My friend cried when she opened our “welcome home” package. It shipped quicker than I expected and was a wonderful surprise
Responsiveness
I appreciate the quick responses to questions and mailing of parties as requested. Some parties have a delayed date for mailing, others sent very soon after order.

unexpected gift
I love sending unexpected gifts! I recently sent a welcome home party to a family member that had retired from the military and truly bought their "first home". It was unexpected and they were delighted that someone had realized this. I can't wait to send more of the parties offered!
Terrible Box
I am extremely unhappy with this gift I received from my sister. It is an absolute waste of money for $59. As a housewarming gift is it extremely useless. The confetti popper and 1 single balloon are really an odd thing to add to a basket. Did you guys even ask yourself what one would do with a single balloon? What is a new homeowner supposed to do with a SINGLE balloon that was sent in the box? One that’s not even inflated? A key chain sounds like a great idea, however, when the key chain is the size of a piece of wood found on most public bathroom keys, using it would be more disconcerting than proud. The tiny trinket basket is also such a pointless item that will just end up as junk. Tried putting my key chain in my new basket but that didn’t work out. The hand towel and pretzels are the only nice thing in the basket, but definitely not worth the price. The pretzels come all dusty and crumbled up anyway. This is very poorly executed basket.
The Confetti Post
Hi Melisa, So sorry to hear of your disappointment in the gift your sister chose for you. The typical response we hear from recipients is instant smiles when receiving their gifts---and that is the goal always. But I do understand that our brand and concept may not be for everyone. However, I am glad to at least hear that none of the items were defective, nor any mistakes made on our part. The whole heart behind The Confetti Post is to send a "party in a box" to brighten the days of those we love when we are unable to be with them in person. That is why we are called The "Confetti" Post and why the packaging says "You deserve a party." We pride ourselves in sourcing all of our items in an ethical manner, while also striving to create an affordable and fun gift package. You and I have been in contact so I am thankful to know nothing inside your Party arrived damaged, or misrepresented from the photos and description on our website. If you would like to return your package, you may do so and I will issue a refund to your sister. However, I do encourage you to take a little break from the hardness that life can be, and pop the confetti popper. It really can transform your day! You have given me some food for thought on this package, and what items to consider in future iterations. We will never stop sending balloons and confetti as a part of our "Parties" however. Indeed a lot of thought has gone into these items, and how they form the heart of my business and its mission to "Send Some Happy." What would one do with a single balloon with a fun message on it? Balloons are my favorite piece of party decor so I can imagine loads of ways one would be used in this scenario: • Inflate it and take a selfie. Post the picture to show your appreciation to the gift sender. • Inflate for a classic game of "keep the balloon off the floor." Solo or in the company of friends. • Inflate in one's new home as a fun little celebration. • Inflate as a reminder that someone loves you and wants to see you smile. • Inflate, then let go before tying it and see it go screeching through the air. • Keep it tucked away for a rainy day or a day that just needs a dash of fun. Life can be hard, and I am afraid we will never survive it without making space for some timeless, child-like fun. I hope you have experienced the pleasure of watching a child or group of children being entertained by nothing more than a simple balloon. Such a joy! My favorite children's author A.A. Milne summed it up pretty well by giving Winnie the Pooh these words, "Nobody can be uncheered with a balloon." Best Wishes to You, Leitia McHugh Owner/Founder
