Say Hello // Party Animal Children's Care Package

The Party Animal care package just got a BIG makeover.  And it is cuter than ever!  We love this party to send for birthdays of nieces/nephews, friends, and grandkids when you live too far to make the party in person.  We love it to deliver smiles to kids faced with hospital stays.  We love it just because, and even for those kids at heart. 

The party kicks off with the two most adorable characters: Bash the Bear and Bliss the Bunny.  Both Party Animals are ready to spread sunshine and smiles to children (and kids at heart) everywhere.  Each care package comes with a felt mask of the chosen character handmade by Opposite of Far.  Also includes an accompanying coloring book of the animal:  32 Ways to Dress a Bear or Bunny.  These fun little books feature the animal in various scenes with open bodies for the child (or adult) to use their creativity and color in an outfit for the animal.  The party also includes party animal temporary tattoos, featuring Bash and Bliss, along with their friend, Carey the Cat.  The animals are wearing party hats, throwing confetti, and blowing party horns.  Of course the party includes two balloons and a confetti popper to make it a real party.  Lastly, you cannot forget something sweet.  The care package comes with a bag of strawberry lollipops by Quin Candy.  Best of all, they are made from real Oregon strawberries! 

This party was created with two big occasions in mind, although you can send it anytime.  First of all, I thought of all the Aunties and Grandma’s out there with nieces/nephews and grandkids living in other states.  You just hate missing all those precious birthday parties, and wish desperately to be there in person.  But when you can’t, sending a little Party in a Box is the next best thing.  I know how excited my kids get just receiving simple cards in the mail from Mamaws and Papaws.  Think how fun this package would be landing on their doorsteps to make those long distance birthdays extra special. 

Next, I thought of our giving partner The Confetti Foundation that helps make birthdays bright for hospitalized children.  Unfortunately, we all know children that end up facing hospital stays whether emergencies, scheduled surgeries, or life threatening illnesses.  Our Party Animal care package is a sweet way to send these children a little cheer.  We can send it straight to the hospital too.  So this works if you can’t make a personal visit because of long distance, or various other reasons.  Especially sweet if this is a family you know of and want to love on, but don’t personally know.  Best of all, 10% profit from this kid’s care package (and all our Parties) goes to help other kids have extra special birthdays.

I tried to bribe my kids to allow me to photograph them with two of these care packages, but I really didn’t need to because they wanted to play with all the goodies anyways.  We started with each getting a tattoo, then coloring in the books, followed by playing with the fun animal masks while eating the yummy strawberry lollipops.  We do confetti and balloons all the time.
